Where things stand.
Foundation and core portal are live. SEO content is generating organic traffic. Owner dashboard and payments are next on deck.
Everything that had to exist before the portal could matter: the public site, waitlist, SEO content, form notifications, and analytics baseline. All of this is live and shipping traffic.
The core captive portal is live. Guests connect to your WiFi, hit a branded splash page, and authenticate via email or voucher to get a timed session. Ubiquiti EdgeRouter support is production-ready. Admin dashboard manages sessions, vouchers, members, and analytics.
Organic search is the primary growth lever right now. Ranking for high-intent searches (StayFi alternative, Ubiquiti captive portal setup) is the fastest path to qualified inbound. Directory listings and Google Search Console unlock the next layer.
The billing backbone. Membership purchases, session payments, business subscription billing, and automated revenue-share payouts. This phase gates Phase 3 of the go-to-market plan — nothing gets charged until this is solid.
Full owner management dashboard. Real-time session dashboards, revenue tracking, peak hour heatmaps, return guest analytics. Multi-venue operators get centralized control across all their locations.
The roaming membership layer. Customers buy a plan, get Bronze or Gold credits, and spend them across any partner venue. This is where the network flywheel starts — more venues = more value per membership.
The operator's layer. Advanced captive portal customization, white-label portals, mobile app, internet café mode, proactive alerts, and the full enterprise feature suite.

Bronze Credits
Standard WiFi session credits. Spend them at any partner venue for time-based or data-based access. Most venues accept Bronze. Roll over monthly (up to a cap) so you don't lose unused credits.
Gold Credits
Premium credits accepted at select partner venues for higher-tier access — faster speeds, longer session windows, or reserved capacity during peak hours. Gold credits don't roll over.
For venue operators.
Business subscriptions give venue owners access to dashboard features. All plans support unlimited locations. Free during beta — billing activates in Phase 3.
